Ireton City Park
The Ireton City Park is
located in the southeast corner of town between
7th and 8th Streets and Oak Street and Maple Street (Iowa Hwy
232; Sioux County Road "Eagle Avenue").
The park
includes an enclosed shelter house, open shelter,
playground, the town's swimming pool and the Ireton ball
park. There are also a basketball court and two
lighted tennis courts.
Rent on the
enclosed shelter house is $25. Reservations may be
made by calling City Clerk Deb Korleski at
712-278-2112 or e-mailing
cityofireton@mtcnet.net.
The open shelter
is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The park also
offers a number of picnic tables as well as public
restroom facilities.
