The town of Ireton was platted in
1882 and celebrated its 125th "birthday" on June 22 and
23, 2007. The weather was beautiful, the events
were fun and everyone enjoyed
greeting friends new and old.
For additional photos, click on the photo of the
appropriate event below.
If you have photos of
any of the 125th activities that you would
be willing
to share, please e-mail us at
i125@iretonia.com. In
particular, we need photos of the Jake Brake contest,
Mud Volleyball and Fireworks on Friday and the tractor
pull, waterfights and street dance on Saturday.
